1- Small shipments has international shipping within shipping carriers coverage.
2- For sports equipment and heavy equipment shipping is only available within KSA and cities and area covers and areas outside this coverage additional shipping fees are calculated. Please contact us at [email protected] to request an additional shipping quote.
3- Free installation to any city within KSA with the service at the present time.
4-Shipping and delivery service can be requested only according to the shipping companies’ coverage and without installation
5- If the customer requests a shipping and delivery service, can requests the service through the shipping companies in the covered cities and according to the fees specified for these companies.
6 -Sports equipment is installed by the (bayraq sport) store team in each of the main regions (Riyadh - Jeddah - Al-Khobar). The equipment is shipped assembled and packaged from the (bayraq sport) store team to other regions. Therefore, spaces and doors must be checked to accommodate large devices upon request.
7- The shipping cost is deducted in the event of returning orders or replacing heavy machinery and equipment when the order is canceled after shipping, at the rate of 200 riyals for heavy equipment and equipment, and an amount of 35 riyals as a delivery fee for small orders.
